no inst lights or signals - 1 solution
 
long story short-
the emergency flasher switch has to be connected for your turn signals to work on and 86-944.

The dimmer sw has to be connected for the instrument lights to work, dont ask how I know!

Funny you mention this because Tom and i were trying to figure this out last week. Also note the headlight / turn signal stalk must be connected for the headlights to turn on. We are about ready to put the new dash in the car.

Ok, good to know about the stalk. I guess im too late with this post or you guys work too fast!
