924 Fuse box question
Can anyone tell me if the black fuse holder in this pic from my martini 924 is supposed to be there?
The fuse is missing and it's connected to the back of the far right silver relay (which is marked 53) in the pic. It doesn't look right to me but i'm not sure - the only electrics that worked when i got it were the rear wiper and the headlights/pods.

Looks like a radio addition. Or electric antenna.
