Oil pressure guage
I am needing to replace my oil pressure guage and I am puzzled on how to remove it. I plainly see the two screws holding in the face of the console, however there seems to be something else holding it in. I dont want to force it and break something. The manual on-line doesn't show how to work on the 83 console.

Simple. Remove the center console. Remove bracket holding gauge to console. Withdraw gauge from front of console.
Installation is reverse of removal, except you get to tap into your vast library of profanity in the process. This may also occur during dissassembly as well.

remove early clock?
I had a similar question at one point.. Jamie did a great how-to on doing it.... props to him.
