I'm in the process of restructuring my customer database. The new design will allow me to pull existing customer information more easily, and also help me to do better mapping based on customer applications and their experiences.

I'm going to need some help with this. Since many chips have been bought through resellers like Lindsey, Pelican, and Paragon, I do not have full information on all of these customers. I'm putting a form on my main page and asking all customers to fill it out. It is a very simple form, and the contents will be dumped into the new database.

Since the chip mappings have been refined over time, there may be some of you with specific applications that are eligible for a free upgrade. If this is the case I will contact you, please don't contact me asking, just fill out the form. If 400 something people all ask if they are eligible it will only hamper the process and make everything take longer. On the main page just above the Rennlist link is a Customer Survey link.
