Installing Clutch Fork Lever

When installing the clutch fork lever......does the fork lever install between the throwout bearing and pressure plate or between throwout bearing and bell housing? I'm assuming between throwout bearing and pressure plate where the fork "tongs" press against the little lip at the back of the throwout bearing. Actuating the clutch would have the "tongs" pull the throwout bearing towards the rear of the car?

Thanks for any help.

You are correct, it installs between the TO bearing and pressure plate. If it didn't, as in the early 924, you wouldn't need to remove the thing before pulling the bellhousing with TO bearing.

Which does make things easier.
