My cars oil pressure is always at 5 bar or higher while driving. Is that normal, or too high. It does drop to around 2 or 3 while at idle. It seems too high to me, but everything works good, and the oil level is correct. I am now curious again because tidybuoy was talking about his oil pressure being that high. Could my OPRV be stuck as well? And what problems can that cause?

That is completley normal. Oil pressure will be at ~5 bar when the engine is cold and when higher than ~2.5k rpm. It should drop to 2-3 bar at idle on a warm engine. Nothing to worry about.

Okay, that makes me feel better. If the oil pressure was to stay at 5 bar while at idle, would that be from the OPRV not working right?

Yes, OPRV would be one possible problem.
