Question about Upgrading to Turbo Brakes

At some point, I want to upgrade to the bigger Turbo Brakes and I'm wondering what is needed. I have a 1988 n/a.

I just purchased a set of 1994 968 spindles & hubs (hopefully, that is ok. The auction was ending in 2 minutes so I had no time to do my home work).

I'm wondering if I need to get new rotors in addition to the calipers.

Do the rear turbo calipers fit onto the stock n/a setup without mods.

I'm guessing that I should do the front and rear at the same time as to not over brake the front.

Any advice would be much appreciated..................Vern

One more thing, I have a friend that wants my existing rotors - will 1988 late offset fit 1986 early offset (this is just rotors).
