Any good machine shops in Southern CA?

For 944 engines/block mods?

I have an engine I want to do a few things to as well as a crankshaft. I know Lindsey Racing can do the crank work, but I want to see if there's anywhere local and somewhat reputable that can do it maybe for less (shipping on such items is not insignificant too).

Anyone know of a decent shop familiar with 944 stuff that won't look to bend me over a barrel just because it's Porsche stuff?
