I used the super sticky carpet splicing tape, so the camera wasn't going anywhere. It is too big to fit down the hole anyway. The flashlight was a different story, since it was a very small LED flashlight that would have easily went down if it got loose. I had to get a nice long piece of duct tape, wrap the end around the flashlight, and stick the rest all the way across, up, and over the inside of the airbox as a "leash" of sorts.

I have worked as a Mechanical Engineer for over 30 years and I appreciate creative weird things. This certainly qualifies. props
