First Bug in the system, Electrical help needed

Ok, Up till yesterday everything has been running fine, No leaks, No weird noises no running issues, Yesterday on my way home I got stuck in a rain storm, No problem turn the wipers on and keep driving. Stupid thing is now the Front wipers Wont turn off in any position, The switch on the steering wheel seems to work fine (clicks into place when moved) and I can change the speed of the wipers I just cant turn them off. SO for now I pulled the fuse #11. Now I didnt really touch anything besides the engine during my rebuild. The only thing I did was remove the washer tank and motor and kinda just left the wires there until I figure out what to do with them, Before I start searching I was hoping someone has had the same problem, Or would know if having the washer motor disconnected would cause a problem.

It shouldn't, but could be causing a short. Tape them up if they aren't being used.

The wiper stalk could just be bad also. Water could of gotten into the motor area as well, check that to see how it looks.

Does intermittent wipers work? If the wipers are running constantly, you may have a stuck relay.
