hey...here's some pics of my car
I'm feeling the winter blahs, and I miss driving my car. Thought I'd post a few pics.
Add some if you'd like to help me out of this funk. Cheers! ![]() ![]() ![]()

My first winter not driving my car year round, i am having Porsche withdrawl. About 7 more weeks to go for me before it starts warming up enough that i feel comfortable putting it back on the road. I still need to buy tires anyhow, so 7 weeks to save up enough money for that i guess.

I always enjoy picture posts, here are some of mine, the red one is sold, the S2 i try not to drive in the winter, but this year I've had to, until I just got the grey 'S' back on the road
![]() ![]() And my latest is really not a winter car! ![]() and then there's this 311,000 mile example that i bought as a parts car but decided to save it instead because it's an original factory yellow (obviously in need of a repaint), Which I hope to someday get an engine in since it doesn't run, but my 16 yr old daughter's got her eyes all over it! ![]()

Nice early Copenhagen.. You don't see them very often anymore~
Mine is a two tone interior, LSD, sunroof delete car that the original owner added a glass roof to for some reason.. Just turned 100K this past September. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is the car last October before I dinged the nose panel and decided to snub nose it when I did the repair~ ![]() ![]()

Nice cars everybody! It's always cool to see what everyone else has done to personalize their own car.
This is my 86 n/a (soon to be a non-n/a ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() and recently I bought this 86 951 to be my daily driver. It has the escort cup suspension along with a few other goodies. I am doing a paint project on the wheels which is not done yet, so the flat green is just a primer. Looks kinda cool for the time being ![]() ![]() ![]()

Your pics rock. Are you using some joe-pro camera or are you just a natural photographer? Some people just have the eye for it. I don't.

The camera is more like your 'average joe' digital camera, mounted to a tripod. The trick is knowing how to use it correctly in the right lighting and angles and stuff. For instance, a night-time shot, I will simply set the camera to have a higher exposure time (lets say 4 seconds) and never use flash. There are all sorts of fun ways to trick the camera by doing this. For example, this next picture was taken in almost complete darkness with an 8 second exposure. Enough time for me to walk over to the car and still be somewhat in the picture... ![]() The colors were then enhanced on photoshop, and the sky showed up as a bright red. The picture just came out looking grainy because it came out very dark and had to brighten it up. Next picture is not 944 content unfortunately, but was taken the same way, with a 3 second exposure (parking lot had better lighting). ![]() Gives the same illusion of a ghostly figure, because he stood in the picture for about 1.5 seconds and then stepped out of the picture for the remaining 1.5 seconds. Here are a few more random shots to share. All taken the same way basically. ![]() ![]() capturing the motion of the sprinkler, landing on the car of course ![]() ![]()

daytime shots can be just point and shoot, but having a nice angle or backdrop helps.
Photoshop to enhance the colors really helps for added effect too ![]() ![]()
