Anyone familiar with building a composite 924?

So i bought my 924s, and i lost the title. I bought it through a middle man, and can't get ahold of the previous owner. So i was wondering what i would have to do to make it a "composite car" so i can title and register it in CT. Any help is much appreciated.

If you know what state the former owner lives in, you might be able to track them down through the DMV. Do a title search.
