whats the deal with 944 throttle-down jerkiness!?
I've owned a few 944's now and always seem to get used to it but now deciding to ask the question to see if there's anything to do about the throttle down jerkiness? More noticeable at lower speeds when you take your foot off the throttle and it feels like the car has big rig engine brakes slowing it too rapidly!? 5-speed... never drove an auto so not sure if this is common with auto transmission as well?
You know what i mean?? Can anything be done about it?

Damn, that was a hard read.
Sounds like you haven't had a good clutch yet.

Ok, well i guess i won't be doing anything about it then if it requires a new clutch! Clutch was done about 10,000 miles ago.

If you take it up to 6500 in first and let off, does it bounce/jerk? How about second? Do you feather the pedal? Brake pads are cheap, gear boxes are not.
