7 and 9 were the C2 Turbo (often misnomered as Cup 1) combination for the 911.
the 968 had 7.5 and 9. if you are willing to go with the narrower 7" up front, you will probably have a good shot at a 911 area. seems to me i just saw a set for sale. i'll poke around and see if i can find the listing. |

Thanks flash968. 7.5" in the front would also be fine. The key is that I will need 9" or wider in the rear. These are for my 91' 928 so would also need offsets to be similar which I think these all are.
Let me know if you happen to find that set you have seen for sale. I've been looking and haven't found any like what I am looking for... lot's of Cup II's.

yeah - the 993 Cup wheel (often referred to as Cup 2) is more common. they made a boat load of the 993s. those wheels are lighter than the C2 Turbo too, which makes them more desirable to a lot of people.
i don't know what the offsets are on the various 928s, so i can't speak to fitment. 9" is as wide as they came on a 968. not sure about the 911. the offset for the 968 was 65 front and 55 rear. there was also an available 8" winter rim with an offset of 52, but those are like hen's teeth. |

Cup 1's are great looking wheels on many different Porsches-and the Audi/Porsche RS2 wagon used them as well.
