Here is a thread with some ideas....mine still work correctly so I haven't tried any of these and I'm not sure how well any of them worked. You may try to search some more as there are probably many other threads about this topic.

Edit: Oops...forgot the link..

Sunvisor sags...what should I do?

What is the process of recovering the sun visors? Do you have or know of a step by step procedure for recovering the visors?

Not hard at all if your handy with a sewing machine. Heres my method, which is different then the standard look.

Basically you draw the shape of the sunvisor and then cut the drawing in half. Then you have to make to little socks but about 1.5 inches longer on one of them compared to the other. Then you simply slide the two socks on one each end. Ok now you can see where they join in the middle which in my opinion looks ok if stitched really fancy, but if you dont like it then you need to make a nice looking band in the same material that slides over to the middle of the sunvisor and hides where your to socks join in the middle of the sunvisor. Ive done it both ways and if your really good with your sewing and measurements you can make it a really nice tight fit so the 2 socks fit nicely inside each other and then you dont have to make a band at all. I prefer the non-band look. I have pics somewhere of both styles if your interested. Happy Sewing

buy some celcro, and glue it to the mirror side of the sunvisor, and the other peice to the roof. Precious owner did that to mine, and it works good, and can tell the it is even being held up by velcro.
