I can't figure out how to replace the ignition cylinder on my 82, 924 turbo

Hi Max,
The place to begin to look is www.924.org or the forum http://www.924board.org/ I used this site for years. Do you have a Haynes for the basic 924? Go to clarks-garage.com, maintenance manual and click on (I) Ignition. It should take you to an early 944 ignition switch replacement. It looks the same as a 924. Hope this helps.
