Stripped speed/ ref. sensor pivot bolt!!!!

I was trying to re-adjust my speed/ reference sensors on my '84. Bought a slightly used set from a fellow PP member and he sent me the bracket also. I installed them, put everything back together, and she still didnt start. (Replaced already- FPR and damper, computer, AFM, DME relay, ignition coil, self- cleaned injectors, jumperd the DME to run fuel pump, Ignition switched tested good, think I may need a new starter, but I will know if thats wrong from the past 3 times a starter went on me, and maybe 1 or 2 more things) I opted the hard way of doing this (off with the manifold, fuels rail, AFM, air box, etc...) I got the mounting bolt off in minuets as soon asd I found a way to manuver down there with the hex wrench. Then I moved to the pivot bolt (drivers side bolt, may have mixed pivot and mounting bolt mixxed up) and after 2 spins of the hex wrench I found out that It was stripped, either by me or 1 of the probally numberous previous owners. What would the best way of getting this bolt out? I have an idea ( _l angle drill) but anyone have anyother ideas?

Small vise grips, coupled with L shaped allen wrench.

Replace it with a 13 mm normal bolt.

I could not get the bolt out either on my last clutch job (and the bell housing was off). I soaked the bracket/bolt with penetrating oil and PB blaster. The next morning I still could not get the bolt out. The soaking did let me pivot the bracket on the pivot sleeve and frozen bracket bolt just enough +-1/16 inch to adjust the sensors (checked with bell housing off).
The bolt is only torqued to 15 foot pounds. (The sensors to the bracket are 8Nm or ~6 foot pounds)

This is dangerous to do because you could break the bracket in half---I got lucky. I finished by tightening the passenger bracket bolt. I also cut out the bellhousing sensor area to slide on without sensor removal in the future.

You may have seen the "infamous" bracket removal thread.
My new 944 and the reference sensor dillema need some advice from the Porsche guru's

wedge the bracket off (cast alum, break it) with a large screwdriver, get a replacement. soak and remove bolt like stated above.

Well, I tried what you guys told me, soakedwith oil and tried vice grips. I used small vice grips, there still wasnt enough room for me to move the vice grips and spin free the D. side bolt. I ended up breakin gthe bracket, so that I would have enough room to move down there, and still, the bolt didnt break free. I dont know what I should do next:
1.) Cut the new bracket that I got from the bottom to just above the bolt hole. This way I kind of still have the bolt with the bracket- the bracket would be sitting on-top of the bolt. I would slide the bracket, tighten the pivot bolt (pass, side), and lower the rest of the bracket onto the mounting bolt (D. side I couldnt free) This way Icould still adjust the sensors, with the drivers side still in place. (I tried adjusting the sensors after I cut the ear off the bracket. I think it needs to pivot, not just move up and down- and very slightly Left and right)
2.) Cut the mounting bolt on the drivers side either tight up against the block wall, and just use one bolt to tighten the bracket.
I will try and get pictures at some point to explain.

Since we are at the desperation phase, maybe a size T-40 Torx or star bit?
There is no room to tap anything in like on the cam bolts. It may have enough "bite" to turn with a ratchet????

Photo of one old holder bolt I replaced and the T-40 Torx. I have not tried this--yet.

You will find a solution eventually.
