Boost Gauges
Anyone know whether taping into the vacuum line to install a second aftermarket boost gauge causes both gauges to read low, since you are effectively doubling the volume of the line after the t-piece?

Shouldn't matter. The pressure will still rise to the selected/desired level. The overall VOLUME being pressurized is slightly larger (whatever the volume of the hard plastic lines is, plus tees, plus instruments themselves).
This means that it might take an extra couple of ten-thousandths of a second for the pressure to build from atmospheric to 18 psi or whatever you're selecting inside the entire volume of all pressurized regions. It's negligible. Don't worry about it.

There was a long debate about this in the turbo section a few months ago. For what it's worth I run mine T'ed off the KLR line and so does just about everyone else I know with a 951.

I opted to just run a line directly to my manifold. I have one of those billet pieces on my banjo bolt that supplies 5 nipples right at the intake, so I just ran one direct for peace of mind. It's not that hard to do...you just have to take the glove box out and it makes it a breeze.
