Question Headlights wont go down by themselves

Lets see, I have a EURO 1985 928 S and sometimes the head-lamps will not retract with the dial inside the car. the lights turn off alright, but will not retract. They will retract with the dial on the headlight motor so its not the end of the world. They will always pop up ok, by themselves. Does anyone have this problem??? Or does anyone know what could be causing this ? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

On the 944 there is a relay on the headlight motor. Next time this happens give the relay a wrap with a screwdriver handle. Also check the wire connector going to the headlight motor. This happens to me and a wiggle of the wires cures the problem
