Automatic Transmission Fluid Change

I have recently done a WHOLE lotta work to my 86 non-turbo, I recently changed out the water pump, p/s pump, alternator head gasket. I had a coolant leak but that was because the hose coming from the water pump to the lower radiator was not as tight as could be...anyway I need to find out how to change the automatic tranny fluid, I looked on Clark's and didn't show much on there and I looked at the threads on here not much help either. What am I going to need to do this since I am not sure (A) how many miles are on the car and (B) when the tranny fluid was last changed out. I have got no slipping in the tranny or anything like that but I want to put fresh fluid so I know when it was done.

Thanks
