Inflatable spare size 944 vs 968
I just put in a 968 cab carpet in my trunk and it will not fit down all the way. The hump in the back is smaller and won't fit down with the tire in there.
Does anyone know if the 968 spare is narrower than the 944 cab? |

I found the problem. 968 cab has a different trunk configuration for the spare to sit down in. 968  944

Put in a can of tire sealant and an air pump. I dont know if I would trust those spares anyways.

sell the spare, sell the rear carpet and tint the rear window.....now you have a place to put items that wont roll around when you bang a "gravity defying" 45 MPH turn to show your friends that you own a car that has no substitute..
