Power Window Problem
ive done some searching and found one similar problem but it was never sovled, so ill toss it out here again and hope for the best.
the problem is the passenger window, it has no power at the switch. if i press both the driver side switch and the passenger switch the window will operate but one switch on either side will not operate. using a volt meter i get 12v on the two poles on the driver side, and pressing the driver side up/down sends the 12v to the corresponding passenger side pole. from what i see on the driver side window operation there should be 2 hot poles at all times and grounding one side operates the window up/down. but im royally confused on how the passenger "series" works. can anyone help me with this?

Disassamble both switches operating the passenger window (i.e. its own switch and also the one on the driver side) and flip the little metal contacts inside around, plus also clean them, bend them to contact well.
You may have to do some trying to get the proper layout, but then it will work. Flipping the little metal parts can cause 1. what you have now 2. normal operation 3. reverse operation 4. continuous operation (maybe some more, I don't remember exactly). Once you've been through all, one will be the correct layout ![]()

on the switching (flipping) part both "knobs" should have springs. And they move those two bended little metal pieces/connectors. I'm talking about those bended ones that you need to flip around or change left to right.
