how does the bellypan go on?

Finally got a belly pan for my 83, but I can't figure out where it bolts too. Any help would be appreciated.

on my 84 it bolts to the lower radiator support with 3 10MM headed nuts and bolts . to the cross member that the control arms bolt to with metric foldover nuts and 10MM headed bolts . on the sides it bolts to the front left and right splash shield with one foldover nut and 10MM headed bolt on each side . the ten MM headed bolts and fasteners will have a thread of 6MM x1.0 or 100 . on my 88 there all the same but the side mountings .
