Sqweel coming from Right rear end

God its annoying. It only does it at lower speeds, while stopping or maintaining lower speeds. Stops under torque. Doesn't do it all the time. I thought I would go get the CV joints greased but there are no grease points.????

Anyone had this problem before??

Greasing CV's is easy but takes awhile to do and its messy as hell. You cant mix different kinds of grease together. The joints have to be dismantled and cleaned thoroughly and then repacked with new MOLY grease.

I doubt your CV's are squealing though. When they go bad they click. Very distinct clicking sound.

Squealing from rear end is usually brakes. My NA brakes squeal at low speed coming to a stop. After I let go it stops. Thats pretty normal. If your experiencing squealing while off the brakes,... maybe you have a stuck piston which warrants a brake rebuild.

I'm not completely convinced its a sticky piston. It doesnt stop when I apply the brakes. Or change tone. Even under hard braking. It stops when slowing down say, 3-4 mph. If it was a sticky pison it would sqweek until a complete stop? This weekend I will have some time to pull the wheel off and clean, and inspect it better.

Good point, if the piston is seized. It wont move at all. And yes it does stop during hard lefts or rights. So I'm now 98% sure it needs a rebuild. Another thing to add to my list.

Ok got it figured out. Pulled part the brakes, ground off all the rust from the guide pins. Cleaned up the pads. Greased all contact points. Then noticed the wheel bearing nut had backed off. Ooops. So pulled it apart regreased everything and locked her down and man o man what a differance. Bearing was as dry as a popcorn fart. Now I will do the rest tomorrow. Saved a ton of cash by doing it myself and not waiting until the bearing siezed. Lucky me.

She is a Cane Corso Mastiff. I imported her from Hungry. They are the original Roman Dog of War. Very protective.





She is about 100lbs. Males get to 125-145. Not the biggest dog I have had but she is a bad ass.
Roman legions would take thousands of them in to battle. They also fed them Christians in pits. Ground Christian is a little hard to find now a days so I feed her ground chicken, bone and beef heart. They all taste the same.

Some pics of my kids,.... Dunkin is the pitbull and Maple is the golden. Best dogs I have ever owned. Love them to death. When all else fails,... I have my dogs. Period.

Dunkin is a rescue. And maple I had since she was a little slimy pup. Maple loves getting dirty, playing in water, chewing on wood. Dunkin,.... loves, me. LOL. He doesnt really like water. Doesnt like getting dirty. He scared to death of the vacuum cleaner and plastic bags,... but loves chasing down the 8 horses at our neighbors house. LOL. I wanted to string him up that day. I was S@#$ing myself. Huge A@# alpha horse chargin at me and dunkin. HUGE! I was so pissed. Anyways. Havent had one problem with him. He loves sleepin in bed with me. He's a cleaner. Loves to lick lick lick. Maple doesnt lick to much. She will start off on the bed with me. Laying right across my chest. But then she'll end up on the floor to keep cool. Dunkin will sleep by my side the whole night. He loves playing outside with maple. Hes a typical boy. Doesnt something to get the girl to chase him. Around the house that is. I love it when they do that. so playfull and full of life. BUT,... most of the time dunkin could care less about playing outside. Would rather follow me around. Even if im doing nothing, he'll just lay at my feet.
