whats left for it to possibly be

ok i just replaced my o2 sensor and a list of other maintenance items trying to sort out the hesitation issue i have with the car. the other items include: afm, air filter, fuel filter, plugs w/ wires, cap and rotor. haven't gotten the universal cat welded up yet but thats next along with the throttle switch that i didn't do yet. if i unplug the o2 it runs without the the hesitation but soon as i plug it up i get this spot at full throttle. now im thinking i might have to pick up a new dme computer and see if thats the problem. any other suggestions?

I decided to go back outside an look for the obvious vac leaks now since i do realize that the previous owner did build this engine and may have forgotten something...i knew i had one at the vac canister for the a/c controls. but i found the other right at the throttle body where it splits off in two directions and goes to the fpr...but this is what confuses me...if the fpr doesn't have a good vac i thought it would dump more fuel too as if it were disconnected. can someone tell me where this is suppose to connect to because i see no obvious extra lines in the areaVac line porsche.jpg
