Radiator Fan wont shut off

The radiator fans run then when I shut off the engine, one fan quits and one keeps running. The problem is, it doesn't shut off and eventially kills my battery. Can anyone tell me which relay to check and which fuse runs it?

it's most likely the fan relay that's located on the radiator.
When that fails, the fans don't shut off.
Not sure which fuse to pull, but it should be marked on the fuse box cover

Its not a relay on the radiator... It is a switch... You need a new thermofan switch... ~$12 from pelican....

I had the same problem - fortunately, I caught it after I heard the fans running in the garage 5 hours after turning off the car so my battery did not die.

As a temporary fix, until you can buy a thermo fan switch, you can unplug the relay to make the fans turn off. It's a little embarassing if you have to do this infront of your office but it beats a dead battery.
