Need help identifying a wheel

Hi guys,

A friend of mine has a friend interested in getting rid of these wheels. Doesn't sound like he knows what they are and neither do I!

I did measure the offset and it is early offset 23.3 in a 17x7 inch rim.

Anyone know who made it and what it might be worth?

Thanks in advance.

I'm hoping to buy them! Just had no idea what they might be worth and the seller is a friend of a friend. I'm hoping for garage sale type price!

Looks like they are Keskin Cup rims, and are about $350 -$385 each new of course, but I could only find them in 18's

I cleaned some dirt off the backside and found some more information. Looks like AMP is the manufacturer. Made in Japan and might be a model number like JU.
OK, I realize I answered my original question, but I can't find out anything about them on the web. Maybe a Les Schwab connection at one point.
Any ideas?
