It needs a free puppies sign

What engine is in it? And what exactly does high miles mean?

238,000 miles 3.9L magnum v 6 175 h.p 3 speed auto although it has high miles it runs and shifts fine and feels like an 8 cylinder. i bought it to start a business but too much red tape i've decieded to just work out of my wifes s.u.v but still need a set of wheels for myself.. thanks
