Looking For; Engine Rebuild Resources

I am looking for a "Clarks Garage" type of on-line engine rebuild resource for an 86 NA. Also looking for information on how to read leak-down tests.

I came back from the track with high oil pressure, and a rough running car.
I will have to do a Little more investigation, especially a leak-down test.

Help, as always, is appreciated.

James

The dip stick popped out and sprayed abut 2 litres of oil in the engine compartment. Gauge is also high, and engine sounds rough. I do have to do more investigation.

I have looked up the OPS unit on Clarks. Would the engine run rough? Is oil pressure high, or is the gauge showing a high pressure while the engine is at a normal pressure? My dip stick has been pushed out of the tube.
