WTB 2.7 944 liter Head
Guys I have searched the classifieds and other forums but at present there doesn't seem to be any any 2.7 liter heads around. I want a complete head prefer the later casting (02) if possible, I don't want a reco head prefer it to be untouched. Unfortunately I missed one here about 9 months ago, it was fairly priced too, seems to be a long time before seeing another one and I post this just in case somebody knows of one that might come up or a project that might not proceed etc.
Thanks in advance |

Thanks for that Ernie, the fellow wants $950 which is too much going on previous sales. Might be good if someone needs it asap but this is a project that will take time and I figure upto $500 is fair.
Cheers |

Thanks John, that was the head I missed out on, I was second in line apparently so the other fellow got it, it sold for $450 shipped, with the one I bought this month for $350 shipped I think that $500 is all that needs to be paid for an non-rebuilt head. I wont be using anything from the head and will be moving the intake guide over closer to the exhaust to unshroud the valve. So no point paying for work that will be scraped.
