968 style rear end
Hi all,
Starting a new project, restoring an 85.2 944. I have always liked the looks of the 968 rear end, and was wondering if anyone has done an upgrade to add the 968 style rear to an older 944. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Wilkrod |

I know that (Deutsch nine.com)a company base in Switzerland does make a kit,not cheap cost is 443.63 Euros, and shipping weigth is 40.00Kgs. there is also the one like you seeing on the yellow car (84 early model ) but got no infos on this one ,probably out of England somewhere.

i like the single piece look on the yellow car - one of the things that bugs me about the 968 are the rubber gaskets between each panel

AKA J BERK on Rennlist

Aside from the cab ernie posted there was a 951 with 968 arse owned by a RL member...that's the one that was totaled....and I think is being rebuilt by another RL member.
There's lots of info on RL about it.
