Head light conversion
Has anyone seen this headlight conversion? Know anything about who or what? I was thinking I might want to do this if not an arm and a leg.

I'm thinking it might be a custon job. In blowing the pix up I can see the sloppy welds around the grill and each headlight. Looks like one rectangle and one round lamp on each side.

It looks as if the car is coming to get ya. I like that angry look. Looks like something I'd like to try. Now Gents help me locate the lights.

Oh man, they make some hideous stuff - look on the products page... the fibreglass rear hood is revolting!
The grille as above is 175 Euros, or 650 with a set of (new, I'd assume) lights. |

It looks better in the picture shortcircut posted than on the catalog page. Any more pics of that car? Also it might be cool to stuff some projectors in there.

Looks like 300zx lights, I think the 300 is a cool looking car. I don't think the lights look good on a 944 though

i think that's possibly the best idea for a 944 light conversion i've seen - much better than the stupid insert pieces that look stuck in the factory holes - at least that one is one piece - the angles bug me though

Some like it and some don't. I myself seem to like it. Would take care of that once a year headlight problem that pops up on my car. Just might do it if I can find the lights at a good price.

Any custom headlight valance like that takes the initial purchase of around $200 - $800 if included light come with. Then you have to change wiring in Porsche and spend $200 - $300 to have piece painted unless you can do it yourself then maybe $75 for paint supplies.
Either way a complete custom headlight setup with header is at least $1,000 outlat with money and time to accomnplish this. Hard to fathom when everyday in America there is dozens of good 944 projects for less than that?

Yechhh!
I prefer the offerings from D9. Expensive but they fit and look factory. http://www.deutschnine.com/porsche-transaxle/porsche-944-turbo-and-944-s2-performance-tuning-parts.php
