Picture of correct battery hold down assembly
 

Hi guys - anyone have pictures of the correct 924s battery hold down assembly in place? Mine was missing when bought and I know I am a dope for not having sorted this before now...

This is the proper battery hold down for your 924,you will notice a treaded stud in your battery compartement this will slip over it & just fasten it down with the rigth size washer & nut.If missing you can buy it rigth here on Pelican (New Parts Catalog) going for $12.00 at the same time may I suggest a battery matt (install it in the battery compartement before lowering the battery in) in case of spill it will absorbe acid -water & keep moisture out ($4.95) had one in my 944 for year & the battery compartement still look new .http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1298229038.jpg
