what's the right number?

I was checking over my engine a couple of days ago - enjoying the nice weather - and found that there is a small oil leak from where the timing belt pully / distributer mount to the camshaft housing (valve cover).
The piece of aluminum sitting on the end of the valve cover in which is the pully to the camshaft rocks visibly back and forth maybe a 1/16 of an inch.

One of the bolts holding this peice to the valve area / camshaft housing is stripped.

I'm looking at the parts software and can't figure out if all I need is the pin that the bolt screws into, or a whole new half to that aluminum body.

So I need you guys to help me ID the numbers of:
---the pin (if needed) #28?
---the inside part of that body with the timing pulley in it (which is on the end of the camshaft) #15?
---what gaskets I should replace while I'm in there. #21, #22, #23?

How crazy will it be to mess with the pulley knowing the timing was good going into the job???

The only way you are going to know exactly what parts you need is to disassemble and inspect the relevant pieces. If something is loose then there's a good chance more expense will follow if you don't do the repair soon.

Righto'
I got it apart down to the inner casing of the timing belt / camshaft cogwheel and had a great look at all these parts. I'm just not sure what number in the picture corresponds to the parts I describe above.
I put my best guess in the first post and am hoping that somebody who's done a similar job can confirm the names and numbers of the parts.

Thanks though

Ok, now I see what you are talking about....

If the top bolt thread has stripped in the part #15, this is normal, you have two choices; use a longer bolt or use a longer bolt with a nut on the end. The pin has to be there to locate so that the cover is accurately located.

If you are going to replace 21, 22, and 23....

When removing the pully to get at the seals, I HIGHLY advise you to get a second person to help you. You will need a 32MM wrench for part #18 while you loosen part #19. Part 19 is a 12 point 12mm Cheesehead and is torqued to somewhere around 150 ftlbs if memory serves.

Get someone to hold part 18 steady while you undo part 19. - I recommend a long breaker bar and some PB blaster.

Stripping out part 19 will ruin your whole day
