Need Help
Hey ya'll. I have a 1986 944 N/A. I bought it and put a new motor in. Now I have fire on both sides of injectors, no spark, no fuel coming out of the injectors and no power at pin 86 on the DME relay. I have replaced the DME relay and jumped the alarm system. If anyone can shed some light on the subject please let me know. Thank you

teke a look to all grounds(battery, clutch, head easy to not torque good after an engine removal(big job)
the reference or speed sensor(maybe are from the old engine) broken, mixed, the gap of speed sensor must be 0,8 mm... did you instal the electric wire corectly from the engine compartment to central electric(near the brake booster)? if you don't have a good grounds the DME can go faulty...or if you don't disconect the battery when you begin to change the engine... go step by step

I jumped the DME relay yesterday and just playing around with it a little, I put a 4th jumper wire back to pin 86. Lo and behold I had a strong spark, my tach bounced, every thing but fuel spraying out of the injectors. So correct me if I'm wrong but I'm thinking ignition switch? Could it be the culprit of the injectors as well as the spark?
