Is the connection on the filter side the same for NA & Turbo
I have a cone filter on my stock air flow meter. Its a 1986 turbo. The flter slips over this round metal plate that has an opening cut in it that is the same size as the AFM opening. The plate is attached with four bolts similar to the ones that would attach the stock airbox to the afm. I am wondering if this cone and adapter will attach to a NA car.

I have seen this advertised for a 944. Would the opening and bolt holes on the adapter line up for a 944 Turbo air flow meter?
