Rims for 84 NA

i'm looking at some used Turbo Alloy Wheels from a 2007 911 Turbo for my 84 944 NA does any one know if these would fit? what is the max rim size?

Size: 8.5J x 19 Front +56mm off set
11J x 19 Rear +67 mm off set
Bolt Pattern: 5 x 130

i have seen these rims on a later model 951.

Those are huge wheels for an early na. Are you sure you want to compromise your suspension, handling, ride quality and those small early hubs to such punishment? They might work on a late 951 or S2/968 but on your 84 they will not improve anything and possibly be dangerous without suspension and hub changes.

Wrong offset... will need 40 mm spacers to compensate.

Those wheels are from a car that produce 480 HP yours produce 135/140 HP it also have suspension technology 23 yrs ahead of yours,so do the math & you'll know why you shouldn't put them on your car.Like mention fitting 19" even on a 951/S2/968 is kind of going overboard. Not saying it can't be done just don't see nothing gain by doing so.If you want to upgrade try either 16" or 17" will be better with the 17" since tires choice will be greater.

Thanks, exactly the type of info i was looking for. i just think they are really nice looking rims and when i was looking for tires for my 15" phone dials there was very little selection for a sportier tire being its the same size rims used on modern SUV's. So i was considering changing to a different rim.

Yep, Fuchs repros are cheap and plentiful. 7 & 8x16 would look schweet.

I kind of agree with the Fuch look ,but the repro being cheap not so much. This will depend on the wheel quality. For example Euromeister Fuch repro 8x17 -$210.00 each/7x17-$150.00 each = $720.00 & that is without the tires. For the 8x16-$219.99/9x16 -$239.99 each =$919.96.If you shop around you can some pretty decent OEM wheels for that price & usally tires are mounted on them.

I bought some wheels for my boxster a while back from these guys. Fast shipping and i'm sure the repo's all come from the same place. Actually i think they make the OEM wheels.
