Is that price in USD? Looks pretty sweet to me. Would have to look at the maintenance records and inspect the car but it looks clean and well kept.

Look very decent for a 92 & asking price is about rigth for up here. This is a true CDN model & you should have heated seats as an option. Now on very high mileage car like this you want to make sure you can get all the maintenance records possible, first TB/BSB/Rollers & WP being done in the last 10-15K miles or so.Same for the clutch, very very important on a DOC 16 V are the pads/tensioner & chain which should have been change within the last 50K miles or so.Also ask him if he had any previous issues with the pinion gear. You will need a PPI from a shop or mechanic that knows 968 like the back of his hand,no PPI no money on it it's that simple.Take your time doing all the research about the maitenance mention & get back to us.GL

Not yet, it's about an eight hour drive there and back. I'm just keeping an eye on it for now.

First I look for on a 968 for sale online is the bat wing. This one is missing.
They are hard to keep intact. Just another expense. Seems clean for a car in a northern climate.

Look at the pass side of the hood, could just be a bumper adjustment.
Fitment of the headlight to bumper on pass. side, compare it to the drivers side.

Unless I miss my guess, that isn't a 92 hood, either. The hood crest is recessed on hoods of 92 only.

And what the heck is that green wire?

That is a signal wire for day time running lights.
