Recent talk about windshield washer pumps has me remembering I bought hose to replace all my lines which are old and gross, need to see if my replacement pump is even getting power because I've never heard it operating. Also have new valves, the whole system seems to be scummed up. Will probably need to clean the nozzles as well. Was wondering though, what the fuch is this thing filter?

It's never worked since I bought the car, before I sold my 83 I swapped in my new aftermarket washer pump to the 86. Since then I haven't even thought about the system.

Am I missing anything? Are all the nozzles heated or just some, I haven't noticed any electrical wires coming from mine

No, thats a fuel filter, the same kind used on vw bugs and buses. And +1 on what Jackson said. Once the pump is working, put some vinegar in the tank, and lines, and use compressed air to blow everything out. You can clean the nozzles with a sewing needle. Looks like you got all the parts too.

Not oem. You have all the parts you need. That's a fuel filter.
