please help part 2

although now sometimes after turning the ignition off the fuel pump is staying on and relay is also while humminh and heating up. the fuel pressure regulators on the fuel rail seem to sound like they are pumping fuel. car is still not starting. sprayed some starting fluid in the tb and almost kicked over to start even while pumping the gas. heres the thing after removin the first spark plug it was still dry even after trying to start it and dumping fuel into the system what is going on!!!!??????

If it jumped time like you said in the first post, you've more than likely got bent valves. Do a compression test.
