Nothing on Continental's official press releases..

Continental Corporation -*Press Releases

Any chance the Torque Racing Brake Fluid website has been punked?

Although the Ate site has a 404 Error:

You could always get it in Canada. Got 2 liters of the stuff when I rebuilt my brake calipers, for.... $40.

I'm not surprised it's not on the Continental site as this was a letter that went out to distributors. I doubt Continental was intending for the announcement to be shared publicly. Contrary to popular belief, neither the SuperBlue or the Type 200 are very good brake fluids. they are really bottom of the totem pole in terms of "performance" brake fluids. Yes they work and they are cheap but get you get exactly what you pay for.

Volhv- are you suggesting that we start smuggling it across the border? Are you willing to set up the break fluid cartel so we can get out fixes?

I love the blue color lol and easy to see. I still think it is probably a prank, I mean we have coolant in all the colors of the rainbow lol. Did somebody just say ATE fluid is cheap? I wonder what expensive is then... this stuff was probably 3x the price of store brand DOT4

EDIT: Never mind, the search for super-blue brings up Typ 200 and I didn't notice immediately.

No big deal. The Gold is the same stuff only a different colour.
I'm sure they will stop selling the blue in Canada also.
