Tachometer...still
Ok- so my tach still isn't working. I swapped clusters and the new one still has no movement. I swapped computers, still nothing. The car runs great, so it can't be reference senor related. There is something between the wires. When I start the car, there is a little bounce in it then nothing. Does anyone know where the car actually gets the RPM count from? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

I thought it got it from the speed sensors... but I could be wrong.

Tach gets its signal from the DME. DME gets the signal from the sensors.
How are the instrument panel grounds? Are all the connections clean?
