tach and fuel guage not working
i recently bought my first 1987 944 na. the car runs great but the fuel and tach guages are not working. the shift up light on the tach does work however. could this be a ground problem, guage problem, or dash problem or all of the above.

Most likely it is a ground problem.
The ground lug is behind the instrument panel. There is also a tech article about solving strange gauge readins in the tech articles area. AFJuvat
