PDuino, Electronic Multi-Function Gauge Project

I have been working for a little while on an electronic multi-function gauge that will add some modern functionality to my (OBD-I) '93 968.

I settled on the Arduino Uno R3 and 4D Systems OLED display.

In an attempt to spend what little time I have on the project and not updating numerous online communities about the project (Porsche forums, 3D printing forums, Arduino forums, CNC forums), I am putting together a "blog" that people are welcome to refer to if they wish.

This project should ultimately work on any car, OBD-I, -II or otherwise, and you're welcome to contribute and/or get a copy of the configuration files.

I am currently leveraging the ideas of several people who kindly posted their ideas on the web, although they unfortunately did not post the real guts of their solutions. (Credit where due to winmutt on superturbodiesel.com).

The source code is hosted by Atlassian's BitBucket, and the printed circuit boards are designed in Fritzing.
