Caliper rebuild : L/R matching

When rebuilding calipers - should it matter which floating frames and mounts go with a particular cylinder?

For instance they are completely disassembled and organized by front/rear parts, and left/right cylinders. However, the frames and mounts appear symmetric and exhibit negligible measured differences.

Note that I wrote "should". This means I know it *could*, depending on what happened to them. I am asking for differences in design.

I suppose the same goes for pistons.

UPDATE:

Shop manual p. 47-2 " spring guide, rear wheel brake caliper: don't mix up left and right spring guides" - I didn't.

Pistons seem tighter in one cylinder but not the other.
