I love that color. Are those split fold down rear seats rare? I don't think I've ever seen those before.

Perhaps not over priced for what it SHOULD cost, but what they are going for, yes.
But great if it sells for something close to this, hopefully that means our cars are starting to appreciate...

I believe we are close to that point. Enough 44's (even turbo s) have been parted, destroyed that they are becoming somewhat rare in good to excellent condition. Look at 911 prices (64-77) 10-15 yrs ago compared to today. Not likely our cars will reach the same status and thus price but more and more people are beginning to recognize the 44 as a great driving car. Perhaps prices of 911's have helped as ours are really the only affordable porsche left.

As far as I am concerned I hope prices remain low for awhile so I can add another one to my stable. I don't ever plan on selling mine anyway.
