85 1/2 944 fuel hose leak
hey folks,
absolutely a cherry when it comes to a porsche so be patient please. My wife decided to buy one of these gems, its an 85 1/2 944 ,4 cylinder with 150000... its a very very cool car. anyway.. the first thing i wanted to check was fuel lines and the first place I checked was the sender in the trunk, the large line is pretty beat up and its leaking a tad bit of fuel, Is this fuel line difficult to replace? frederick |

It actually is difficult to replace. What part is "beat up"? The clamped part that connects to the metal elbow neck?

When you say the 'sender in the trunk' are you referring to the fuel level sender or the fuel pump?
