Mike, it seems it would be simple enough to machine off the lip from those currently available lug nut caps and repaint them. Just a thought. I can ask around at work and see if there's anyone who could do it on the side. I coule do it with an angle grinder, but I can't promise they'd look perfect

The caps are plastic. I'll find some, it will just take some time.
