i dunno. i do know he had been annoying them for a quite a while. it's like, if you're annoying some of the 911 jerkys, then it means you're telling the truth, and they don't like it!

Hmmm: the best way to annoy the 911 boyz is to pass them on the track...

i agree, and it's good for the 911 guys that most of them don't even attempt to track their cars or they'd be a really pissed lot.

my thoughts

I think stray doesnt post much cuase hes in school and has his bike that he rides alot, he is still around, what exactly did obion do to piss them off? Ive met him in persona nd hes seems like the friendliest and most harmless person I know...I dont know what happened to craig i see him online once in a while but dont talk to him much....it was nice when they were around i mean they all posted alot and kept the board alive with posts and converstaion...I try my best to post when i can....but sometimes i feel like i annoy people if i post silly stufff..but who knows ill occasionally post something annoy...i do however find you people as very nice and very knowledgable about these cars...all around cool people...rennlist has to many people, i like th personal attention and just as much as the next person and not the fact that i feel like a number...-all the best-chris

stray seems to have adopted rennlist (he's even a member now!). Whatever happened to britwrench? I've always regarded him as one of the techinical masters of the 944...as for craig, he appeared once in one of those crazy immature amaf threads at rennlist. He's keeping a lower profile these days.

Cool Aww, you guys remember me.

I'm still here. Infact, this place is still my start page for Internet Explorer.

Most of you guys are right on the assumptions. I've been real busy with school, and running.

I check this board, rennlist and a Katana board everyday. Most of the time I just read because I don't have time to post because I'm in class and I'm supposed to be working on a drawing or something and just need a break. I have hardly posted anything this past month, even at Rennlist. And, yes, like Stupenal says, I am a paying member of Rennlist. I even paid for someone else's membership. Its a great website, IMHO.

I was just thinking of Obin earlier tonight while I was running, before I saw this post. Wierd!

I haven't gotten a ticket in over a year.

On the otherhand I have the 951 two hondas and in the process of getting two vws and hopefully a lancia next week (tonight I leave for another cross country trip) and just foundout that inspection lapsed by two months on the accord which's going to cost me a little over $300. Trouble is I've had the 951 for almost a year without inspection and just foundout there's a penalty of $150+/month, which is bad news considering none of my other cars are inspected either (they all pass, just haven't done it). My prelude is about 7 months overdue, can you say trouble!!!

Good for you! Glad to hear that.
Now when will I see you on one of these Northeast tracks?
(Just spent 2 days at the Glen: lovin' it!)

EuroSpec944 seems to be hanging out at Rennlist (presuming it is the same person)
I still see Britwrench here.
Am I bored or what?

Thanks, I pronounce it Lan-see-ah...

Z-man, I to get the cars trackworthy I don't really have anything I can track. Maybe I'll give the golf a try but I want to fix my turbo first (but that thing's going to have so much in fines not sure if I can afford to for a couple of months). I actually wouldn't mind meeting up with you either do you go to VIR? What's the closest track to NC that you go to?

VIR is a possiblity for me next season. I'm done for this season of DE: last event, my water pump went south on me (top of back straight at The Glen). Kinda scary, but I limped home and she'll be back to normal soon.

I have a solution for your 951: SELL IT TO ME!!!

hey i'm still around! i have just been exceedingly busy!!! we sold two of our cars (924 and Scirocco 16V) and bought two cars (Geo Tracker 5 speed 4x4 and VW GTI).

i've been exceedingly busy on the GTI as i get it ready to be my new track car. we spent a while installing a new suspension and getting the car all tweaked. i'm redoing the electrical system too and that takes a lot of time!

as it gets colder i'll be back here more, but until then i want to maximize all the time i can spend on the GTI. i'l be posting pics as i finish it up!

pissed off the 911 guys? heh, that's just part of my daily plan. not enough reason to leave this place

obin
