951 wastegate issue...
Short of it is the old motor has a single port vacuum line on the wastegate. New motor does not have a port for it on the SEM vacuum router, I assume it was a 2 port wastegate on the donor car. Any issue in switching out the SEM to the one with the correct number of ports?

I'm afraid I don't know what a single port vacuum line is, or an SEM router.
I'd throw out an idea if I could. . .

Thanks Rasta, it's the Cyclic Valve and "single port" would be the number of vacuum connections on the wastegate. Some have 2 and some, like mine, have 1 vacuum port for a hose connection. One the old motor the CV has a dedicated port to run to that connection on the wastegate. The new motors CV does not have that port. So I'm trying to figure out if I can tie my old wastegate in somehow and where to do so.
Thanks

Sounds to me like your cycling valve has a nipple broken off - it is very common.
All models have 3 nipples on the cycling valve. I know of no exceptions to this.
